Compass Sport Cup Success!
There was a closely fought battle at the Compass Sport Cup match today, held in Black Park near Slough. In the end SOC snatched a second place from TVOC, which means we will go through to the final. Congratulations to all who ran. Full results are available here. There were top 3 finishes for the following:

Tuesday Night Runs
Evening runs have resumed again in the New Forest. In April, we are meeting at the Royal Oak at Fritham (see the map). Runs start at 6:30pm and last about an hour. They are off road and usually off path, so good training for orienteering. At the moment, the pace is about right for a hardish run for me. Get in touch if you would like more information. (The venue will change in May so if I haven't announced the new venue, get in touch to find out where we'll be meeting)
