The past few weeks have been very busy with orienteering, which partially explains the lack of posts on the SOC coaching blog. I'm now trying to get back into my Sunday night routine.
Tuesday Runs
Anyway, the Tuesday evening runs in the New Forest are going from the Canadian War Memorial in June (just up the road from Boldrewood), with a drink and some crisps in the pub afterwards just to make sure we gain nothing from the running! Start at 6:30pm.
A Future Champion
Congratulations to Lizzie Adams who won the Future Champions Cup Final this weekend up in Oban. She should now be guaranteed a place to the Junior World Championships in the summer.
